Paperwork required to transfer license plate will be issued once payment is received. You will need to go to a Pennsylvania tag location to transfer plate. Must have current registration, current insurance card and drivers license. FYI, Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle takes about two months usually to transfer so payment will be held by PlateHub until transfer is completed.
